The brief was simple: photograph it as it happens, keep it elegant, and make sure the lake is in it.
Everything on the island depends on the boats and the light. We met the couple in spring, walked the gardens at the same hour as the ceremony, and built the timeline backwards from sunset: portraits on the water at seven, dinner under the loggia at eight.
On the day, that plan let us be invisible when it mattered and ready when the light arrived.
Act I Getting ready
The morning,in soft light
Shutters half closed, a lake breeze through the window, and the small rituals: a watch, a cufflink, the last button.

We spent the evening with our friends, and the next morning we found out what the evening had looked like. The couple · sample testimonial

Act II The ceremony
Under theGothic loggia
Two violins on the terrace, guests arriving by water, and a ceremony framed by Venetian arches.

Act III Golden hour
An houron the water

Twenty minutes for portraits, planned months ahead around one sunset. Then back to the party before anyone noticed they were gone.
